The Fetch Health Protocol

1. At Fetch at The Stall Private Dog Park,  We love our furry visitors like our own. Because we are a Private Fetch Community, we rely on one another to keep the park a safe haven.  Your dog’s safety is our soul mission. To maintain a pristine environment for our Fetch Community, we strictly enforce a Healthy Play protocol. 

• When to stay home: Diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, or coughing.

• What to do if an accident happens: 

1. Outside The Stall in the Fetching Area: Clean the area as best as you can with a waste bag. Dispose of the waste bag in the waste station bin. Retrieve a pink flag from the Accident Kit Bucket located in The Stall and place it at the accident location. Text or Call 602 853-5629 to let us know. We will address it after your Fetch Session. 
2. Inside The Stall:  Open the Accident Kit Bucket. Using the provided gloves, pick up the waste or vomit with waste bag and tie bag. Place waste bag in the provided red bag and tie. Place the red bag in waste station bin. Thoroughly spray enzyme over spot.  Place a pink flag on the spot where the vomit or waste was.  Call or Text 602 853-5629 to let us know. A Fetch at The Stall Team member will deep sanitize with veterinarian-grade soak.
