Appointment rescheduling and Cancellation policy

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


We understand that schedules can change. To best serve all our clients and ensure efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:


Rescheduling:
We strongly encourage rescheduling rather than canceling whenever possible.

Rescheduling is permitted at no charge if done at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling made made less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us immediately. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.


You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us directly by calling / texting 602 853-5629, GoFetch@FetchAtTheStall.com, or through our online booking system if rescheduled before 12 hours of your appointment.


For appointment rescheduling made the same day of booking please call or text 602 853-5629.


Cancellation for Fetch Appointments:
If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $.75. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $1.50. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time or “no-shows” will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.


Cancellation for Birthday Parties:

  • 48 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, a $15.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
  • 24 to 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 to 48 hours’ notice, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us immediately. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exceptions:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us immediately. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.


Policy Updates:
Fetch at The Stall Private Dog Park reserves the right to modify this cancellation and rescheduling policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
