Appointment rescheduling and Cancellation policy

We understand that schedules can change. To best serve all our clients and ensure efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is permitted at no charge if done at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling made less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us immediately. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation for Fetch Appointments:
If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

To provide the best service to all clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. 

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at our discretion.
• No shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the start time may result in forfeit the full session fee.

Cancellation for Birthday Parties:

To secure your private party reservation, a $50 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee locks in your date, removes the slots from the public calendar.

• 48 Hours or More Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, a $15.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
• 24 to 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 to 48 hours notice, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us immediately. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Policy Updates:
Fetch at The Stall Private Dog Park reserves the right to modify this cancellation and rescheduling policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
