Fetch at The Stall: Park Rules & Liability Agreement
By booking an appointment, you (the "Client") agree to the following rules, terms, conditions, and liability waiver. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate removal from the property and a permanent ban from future bookings.
1. Access & Safety
- Leash Policy: All dogs must remain on a leash between your vehicle and the gated entrance. Unleashed dogs in the parking or transition areas are strictly prohibited.
- Gate Security: Gates must remain closed and securely latched at all times during your session.
- Supervision: Owners must remain inside the park enclosure and maintain visual and voice control of their dogs at all times.
- Unattended Dogs: Dogs left unattended at Fetch at The Stall will be reported to Animal Control and impounded at the owner’s sole expense.
2. Health & Hygiene
- Illness Policy: To protect all guests, dogs showing signs of illness—including vomiting, diarrhea, or coughing—are strictly prohibited. If your dog has a known contagious condition, do not visit until they are cleared by a vet.
- The Stall Cleanliness: If an accident (vomit, diarrhea, or urine) occurs inside The Stall, the owner must immediately clean and sanitize the area using the supplies provided at the "Accident Station."
- Waste Removal: Pick up all waste immediately and dispose of it in the designated container. A $10 fee will be charged for noncompliance.
- Vaccinations: All dogs must be current on vaccinations and wear a visible, current license tag.
3. Property Care & Prohibited Items
- Damage: Owners are legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their dogs to the facility, equipment, or the interior of The Stall.
- Grooming: Owners must remove and dispose of all hair resulting from grooming sessions before leaving the park.
- Prohibited: No smoking (including vaping), alcohol, food, glass containers, or firearms are allowed on the property at any time.
4. Liability & Indemnity
- Assumption of Risk: The Client acknowledges that entering an off-leash dog park involves inherent risks. The Client and any accompanying guests (including minors) assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage to themselves or their property.
- Release of Liability: Entrance into the property constitutes a full and final release of Fetch at The Stall, its owners (Patrick and Carolyn Wilson), and any employees/volunteers from any and all liability.
- Waiver of Legal Action: By booking, the Client waives the right to bring any legal action or claim for injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the property.
- Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fetch at The Stall against any costs, damages, or legal fees resulting from the actions of the Client, their guests, or their dogs.
