Fetch At The Stall Dog Park Rules

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following park rules, terms, conditions, waiver, and liability document:

Enter at your own risk. Adults and children assume all risks associated with the park. No children under 18 are allowed without adult supervision. Small children must be within arm’s reach of a supervising adult. Entrance into the off-leash area within this property constitutes an agreement to comply with these rules as well as all the rules / regulations posted within the property.

Dog(s) must be vaccinated, licensed and wear a visible current license tag.

Dog(s) must be leashed during entrance and exit of the park. Dog(s) unleashed between your vehicle and gated entrance is prohibited.

Gate must be kept closed at all times.

Dog(s) may run off-leash in the park.

Please pick up your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the dog waste disposal container. There is a $10 fee for noncompliance.

Owners must be in the park and supervising their dog(s) at all times. Dog(s) must be under voice control and the handler / owner must be within the enclosure at all times. Dog(s) left unattended at Fetch at Stall Private Park will be impounded with Animal Control.

No more than 3 dogs per owner / handler included in the hourly flat rate. Additional dogs are $5.00 each per session.

No Smoking including vaping on the park property.

No Alcohol allowed on the park property.

No food or glass containers allowed in the park property.

No firearms allowed on the park property.

Agility components and toys are for dogs only.

Dog Owners / handlers must repair damage from digging and must remove / dispose of hair from grooming.

Report any problems to the property owner / manager (602) 853-5629.

Entrance into the park and property constitutes an agreement that the client(s) or any agents will indemnify, hold harmless, release, discharge and promise not to sue Fetch at The Stall, the owners of park property, park employees or park volunteers from any claim, injury, loss or damage arising from or in connection with such use of property and any equipment.
