 Yes, we are a completely private, no-contact facility. Your booking reserves the entire park exclusively for you and your dogs. You won’t have to worry about unwanted interactions with unfamiliar people or other dogs. 

To keep our community safe, all dogs must be current on their vaccinations and wear a visible, current license tag. Dogs must be free of contagious conditions and parasites. 

 Your pup gets access to agility training equipment, fetch/training toys for all sizes, a fresh filtered water bowl, and a dog waste station and bubble machine. For humans and pups, we feature our Dog Cave Gazebo with chairs, dog beds, a portable mister and photography backdrops—The Stall, a covered private lounge with cozy furniture, portable mister, evaporative cooler and complimentary phone charging station!  We also have large umbrellas and fenceline misters to beat the Arizona heat.

 Once you book online and your payment processes, you will receive an email with a unique E-Lock access code (please allow up to 60 minutes for codes to process during business hours). When you arrive at the gate, press any number to wake the keypad, enter your code, and long-press the Key Symbol to unlock. 

Yes, we have plenty of parking available for our guests! To help things run smoothly, please follow these quick guidelines:

• Primary Parking: Please park directly in front of the residence.
• Trail Safety: Do not park on or block the equestrian trail.
• Overflow Parking: If the front area is full, extra parking is readily available on 199th Street.

We welcome guests of all abilities and want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable visit! Because we are a rustic, outdoor equestrian facility, our main park areas feature natural dirt, grass, and gravel terrain, which can sometimes be uneven or challenging for certain wheels. We can allow special paved access to the park. 

If you or a family member use a wheelchair or walker, please feel free to reach out to us before your booking so we can discuss your specific needs and help ensure a smooth visit!

 To keep our park pristine, safe, and completely pest-free, we do not allow outside food or flavored beverages inside the park area. You are more than welcome to bring your own personal water bottles! We also provide complimentary water for humans and pups, as well as seasonal beverages. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean for everyone! 

 Absolutely! If you’d like an extended playtime session, you are more than welcome to book consecutive time. Please call or text (602) 853-5629 or email: GoFetch@FetchAtTheStall.com to make arrangements. 

 We enforce a strict Healthy Play Protocol. If your dog shows signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing), please stay home. If an accident happens during your session, use the gloves and tools in our Accident Kit Bucket. Clean the area, dispose of it in the designated waste bin, and place a pink flag on the spot so our team can perform a deep, veterinarian-grade sanitization after your session.   You are welcome to bring your own toys, but we provide plenty! If you use our community toys, please place them in the designated "Need to clean/sanitize" bin at the end of your session so we can sanitize them for the next guest. 

 To keep the environment safe and clean for everyone, smoking (including vaping), alcohol, human food, glass containers, and firearms are strictly prohibited on the property at all times. 

Because Fetch at The Stall is a private, no-contact outdoor park,  we do not have public restroom facilities on-site. We highly recommend a quick pit stop before you arrive so you and your pup can focus entirely on your playtime!

 We love a good celebration! We offer custom bookings for Birthday Parties. We also feature After Hours Fetch options for those who want a cooler, evening playtime experience under the stars. Check our booking page or text us for current rates and availability. 

Absolutely, we love celebrations! You are welcome to use a standard session for a birthday romp, provided it stays within our regular capacity limits. A standard booking covers your included number of dogs. If you plan to invite a few extra furry friends to join the fun, please ensure you add them as "Add-On pup" during the online checkout process so everyone is accounted for.
​Please Note: All standard park rules still apply. To ensure safety and cleanliness, outside human / dog  food, cake, and cupcakes, etc. are strictly prohibited during regular sessions. If your guest list is larger, or if you want a full celebration that includes food and decorations, please check out our official Birthday Party Package where we can accommodate special event setups!

 Arizona weather can occasionally surprise us. If extreme weather (severe high winds, heavy downpours, or extreme heat emergencies) makes your session unsafe, please review our Inclement Weather Policy on the booking page. We are always happy to help you reschedule to a safer time slot.
